    With a background in mental health studies, Courtney Wilkie is dedicated to supporting those navigating mental health challenges. Her goal is straightforward: to make at least one person feel less alone in their struggle with mental health.

    Since 2020, Courtney has held several positions in the mental health field, such as support and disability representative. At the same time, she runs a business where she serves as an NDIS support coordinator and recovery coach.

    Across her career, Courtney's chief priority has been to enable individuals with psychosocial disabilities to reclaim their lives. The idea for this book was sparked in 2019 and realized in 2024 after several years of careful dedication. The book shows Courtney's resolve to furnish useful resources for recovery, allowing readers to uncover their own routes towards healing. She remains hard at work in mental health, advocating firmly for systemic reform and vowing to be a powerful advocate for those grappling with mental health issues.

    Driven by her belief that no one should feel alone in their struggles, Courtney’s work is rooted in empathy and personal empowerment. Her mission is simple: to provide the support and guidance that she once needed, ensuring that others have the resources to not just survive, but thrive.
